that would make 5 in 6 months

i can only say keep your receipts until you see the deposit hit your account

especially if you deal with b.a.

Why do you stay with them? I don't particularily care for the way they handle customer service via email, but your issue is WAY beyond that!

The old rule I have found about EVERYTHING in this world is as a company gets bigger, they do NOT get better for the average customer overall!

i have valley national and b.a. - ba has all my auto debits and neteller stuff already set up it would be a bit of a pain to change.

valley national has exceptional service while b.a. absolutely sux

i had to go back to the branch i deposited the money at and produce the receipt and go through the whole process - again -

i hate b.a. absolutely useless bank at the retail level

(i was with fleet who were excellent but got bought out by b.a.)

gbogo--I know what you mean. I would leave B of A also. But my retirement direct deposit goes there monthly from Uncle Sam. I have Neteller connected. I use their Bill Pay (which is one feature that I do like; but suppose others have the same thing). All in All = too much trouble to switch.

yes its true - you get stuck with a bank. hopefully over little bit of time can reduce reliance on b.a

im going to open an account at washington mutual this afternoon

they have a pretty good deal at the moment - try to use them and valley national more in the future.

I have enjoyed being with B of A these past 5 years(credit union before that).

Good with Neteller
Banks all over the country
Good promos
